ICON Building & Maintenance services is a rapidly expanding and hugely successful property company that buys, develops, sells and leases and maintains property throughout Australia.

In recent years, the Company has broadened its portfolio from its traditional developments to include a multiplicity of medium to large-scale developments incorporating, mixed use schemes, traditional executive Commercial spaces, refurbished historic buildings and, a maintenance division. Although the location, size and complexity of sites vary, ICON always delivers superbly designed properties and flexible industrial and commercial spaces.

ICON is also very committed to improving the environment by creating ‘green & sustainable’ properties as a priority. In short ICON's mission is to deliver value to our customers by creating high quality developments in which people want to invest, live, work and play.

We are now pioneering our new e-tendering system that will help us co-ordinate and maintain our building staff with accuracy only seen in rival industries. ICON has embraced 21st century technology and is now able to deliver faster, more reliable services and co-ordination for all our clients both in the private and, government sectors.

ICON commissioned experts in web technology and allocated vast resources to custom build the e-tendering system so it conforms to custom parameters set out by our project management staff. This ensures we pass on our time and cost saving services to clients.
